By creating an account or using The Mileage Lab you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old.
The Mileage Lab provides activity tracking and general fitness information only. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. You exercise at your own risk.
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account.
Paid subscriptions are purchased exclusively through Apple in-app purchase or Google Play Billing, and renew automatically until cancelled in the respective store.
Cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot issue refunds for store purchases.
Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription — cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.
We may grant free access at our discretion (for example to beta testers). Free access is tied to your account, is revocable, and does not transfer if an account is deleted and recreated.
Don't misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.
The app and its content are owned by The Mileage Lab and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. GPS accuracy depends on your device and environment.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be noted with a new effective date.
